All products purchased from Madeliving are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

⚠️ Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product)
We only accept requests in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong item delivered

👉 In such cases:

You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
Share unboxing video & clear images as proof

📦 Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement only (no refund)
Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days

❌ Conditions Not Eligible

We will NOT accept requests if:

  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • No unboxing video proof available
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
